Charles Hoeveler

Charles Hoeveler is the Founder and Managing Partner of Norwood Investment Partners, LP. Charles previously worked as a Senior Research Analyst at Lazard Asset Management and Nicholas Applegate Capital Management for both long only and long/short funds, starting in 2003. He holds a BA in Economics from Stanford and an MBA from UCLA.

Tom Esperance

Tom is CFO of Norwood Investment Partners, LP. Tom started in public accounting in 1989 and was a Partner/CFO at Algert Coldiron Investors, a hedge fund manager in San Francisco. Tom joined Norwood in 2017, focusing on accounting, operations and compliance.

Katie Levine

Katie is a research analyst for Norwood. She provides support for implementation of the firm’s primary research strategy. Katie holds a BA in American Literature from UCLA.
